Responsibilities

• Engineer zero-defect implementations by translating business logic into precise software configurations
• Proactively solve edge cases and automate workflows using tools like Claude
• Write precise documentation and collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps
• Inform roadmap decisions using real-world customer data
• Define how technical operations scale and establish best practices from scratch

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in technical roles (exceptional new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, SQL, APIs, and data structures
• Based in NYC and excited about in-office collaboration
• Authorized to work in the United States

• High agency and an operator mindset focused on business outcomes
• Exceptional written communication skills for precise documentation
• Strong business acumen regarding ROI and operational workflows

• Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
