Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations and customer deployments from kickoff to adoption
• Design and develop custom workflows, integrations, and extensions for enterprise needs
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within customer environments
• Establish trusted relationships with customer engineering and technical teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share field insights and inform product improvements
• Guide customers in defining deployment architectures and best practices
• Create deployment playbooks, technical documentation, and implementation resources

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong development fundamentals with ability to write production-quality code
• Direct experience collaborating with customers to solve technical problems
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mentality regarding project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or enterprise software
• Experience with AI-native products
