Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations in sales cycles and design solutions that map to customer needs
• Write code for customer-specific integrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementations
• Contribute ideas to the Opal product and leverage field experience to influence the product roadmap
• Drive implementations from kickoff to production and troubleshoot issues in customer environments
• Surface patterns from customer conversations to help engineering prioritize revenue-driving features

Requirements

• Ability to write production-quality code across the stack
• Experience designing solutions and removing technical blockers in sales or implementation cycles
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements for business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and solve customer problems autonomously
• Proficiency with tools like Terraform and building integrations (e.g., Slack)
