Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Company

NewForm is building the creative intelligence layer for paid advertising. We pair an in-house creative pod with Framework, our proprietary statistical testing engine that instruments every ad it ships, to build a creative ontology for each brand. We work with brands like Kalshi, Babbel, Acorns, and Western Union, overseeing north of $100M in annual ad spend.

Responsibilities

• Embed with services pods (strategists, creators, media buyers) to understand workflows and pain points
• Build bespoke tooling for clients and generalize successful patterns into core Framework features
• Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for client deployments, including ad account integrations (Meta, TikTok, Google) and data reconciliation
• Translate field signals and operator workarounds into product features
• Manage and execute your own technical roadmap based on real-world observations

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with client-facing, deployment, or solutions engineering exposure
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and modern React
• Experience building non-trivial backends
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) at the application layer
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical operators
• Strong entrepreneurial streak and comfort with ambiguity
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
