Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Meticulous at scale within customer environments
• Evolve the core product by debugging deep technical issues and shipping transformative features
• Lead technical relationships with VPs of Engineering and Staff+ engineers at customer sites
• Guide product direction based on real-world field observations and evolving engineer workflows
• Establish the processes, tooling, and best practices for the Forward Deployed Engineering function

Requirements

• 3+ years in a demanding technical role (or 1+ years for exceptional candidates)
• High degree of agency and entrepreneurial self-drive
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to customer sites
• Ability to spend the first ~2 months in London embedded with the core engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior IC at a top tech company
• Background as a technical founding engineer or ex-founder
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering at high-growth AI companies
• Deep expertise in browser technology, testing infrastructure, or large-scale system design
