About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full technical implementation of software from kickoff to go-live
- Configure and finetune AI via prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments
- Build customer system integrations with ERPs, APIs, and webhooks
- Develop prototypes to solve emerging customer problems and evolve them into scalable solutions
- Act as the technical interface for senior stakeholders and users
- Surface product gaps and edge cases to the core engineering team
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering proficiency (Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, APIs)
- Experience with LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering
- Ability to wrangle messy, inconsistent real-world data
- Experience with system integrations (REST/GraphQL, ERPs, or B2B SaaS)
- High agency, ownership, and customer-obsessed mindset
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and C-level executives
- Willingness to work in-person in Munich with high intensity
