Forward Deployed Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture from discovery through production delivery
• Translate customer business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Lead multi-system integrations across platforms, data, and measurement
• Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, feasibility, and implementation paths
• Partner with Customer Strategy and Analytics to build value cases and forecasts
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that drive adoption, expansion, and revenue
• Lead hands-on working sessions with customer and internal technical teams
• Mentor junior FDE team members and elevate delivery quality
• Contribute reusable components, patterns, and documentation back to Alli and core systems
• Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate work quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong technical literacy and ability to design/build solutions across various frameworks
• Experience solving real business problems with technology
• Proficiency working across systems, data flows, APIs, and cloud environments
• Experience in customer-facing or consultative technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering)
• Ability to reason about tradeoffs, feasibility, and risk
• Bias toward execution and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of influencing decisions without direct authority
