Responsibilities

• Work within customer systems to build production applications with Studio and Lens platforms
• Deliver technical artifacts such as MCP servers, sub-agents, and workflows for production use
• Provide white-glove deployment support for Infinitus products in enterprise environments
• Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns to contribute to Product and Engineering teams
• Maintain knowledge of the latest LLM capabilities and AI implementation patterns
• Define agentic best practices and guide customers through AI adoption
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities for AI deployment

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer or Software Engineer with consulting experience)
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in additional languages like TypeScript or Java
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
• Strong communication skills for customer discovery and technical concept conveyance

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience with AI deployment patterns
• Experience working as an FDE or in a professional services context
