Forward Deployed Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to capture requirements and define solution scope
• Design and deliver MVP solutions that demonstrate measurable value
• Identify opportunities for custom applications, extensions, or workflow automation
• Support adoption and renewal preparation through technical insight and execution
• Coordinate Martech integrations across tagging, audiences, and measurement systems
• Translate customer performance signals into actionable recommendations
• Partner with Customer Strategy to surface organic growth opportunities
• Contribute reusable patterns, documentation, and learnings back to the team
• Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate work quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong technical literacy and ability to design/build solutions across various frameworks
• Experience solving real business problems with technology
• Comfort working across systems, data flows, APIs, and cloud environments
• Experience in customer-facing or consultative technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering)
• Ability to reason about tradeoffs, feasibility, and risk
• Bias toward execution and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of influencing decisions without direct authority
