Responsibilities

• Own enterprise rollouts of Athena end to end, partnering with implementation managers to refine requirements and drive successful go-lives
• Use AI-assisted development to write production code, integrations, and configuration
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the relationship
• Drive product adoption by unblocking teams and finding new value areas
• Help stakeholders understand model behavior, prompt patterns, and agent configurations
• Shape the product roadmap by bringing field insights back to engineering leads and the CTO
• Serve as the technical authority during the sales process

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in full stack web app development (ideally SaaS)
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to earn technical credibility
• Proven track record of turning ambiguous business requirements into working solutions
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, SSO, HRIS systems like Workday)
• Experience working with LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration
• Ability to travel for onsite client work
