Responsibilities

• Find leverage by embedding with operators to surface automation opportunities
• Build fast using AI agents, internal tools, and workflow automations
• Test and implement new models immediately to maintain a technical frontier
• Instrument and track the business impact of all shipped products
• Educate the company on technical findings to shape the product roadmap

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of shipping internal tools or automations end-to-end
• Technical generalist proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and SQL
• Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Ability to communicate technical impact to non-technical stakeholders
• High-intensity mindset suitable for an on-site, fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or voice AI
• Background in operations, sales tech, or workflow automation
• Prior startup experience
