Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers
• Build, deploy and optimize features integrating customer systems with Gradial’s LLM platform
• Develop reusable tools, adapters and configuration layers for enterprise onboarding
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time
• Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the core roadmap
• Own performance, reliability and maintainability of shipped solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems like CMS or DAM
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise customers in content or marketing operations
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation
• Background in consulting or technical solution engineering
