Responsibilities
- Assist customer engagements from start to end including discovery calls, demos, and building/maintaining world-class agents
- Own the full agent development life cycle including prototyping, CI/CD setup, monitoring, and debugging
- Close the feedback loop with product and platform teams by capturing unmet needs and prototyping new features
- Contribute directly to the codebase and document best practices
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in computer science, analytics, or consulting
- Proficiency with React, Python, tool calls, and APIs
- Strong interpersonal acumen for customer-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to context switch rapidly
- High attention to detail and a grit-driven approach to delivering high-quality work
