Forward Deployed Engineer - Full-Stack

Responsibilities

• Be directly responsible for the technical integrations of enterprise customers by extending and configuring the core product
• Run tightly scoped projects to build customer-specific APIs and full-stack solutions on accelerated timelines
• Maintain deep technical knowledge across the stack to make informed decisions about product extensions
• Collaborate with core engineering to translate customer-specific learnings into core product improvements
• Partner with the GTM team to identify customer needs and bridge business strategy with engineering
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of core engineering experience with a track record of shipping major projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in systems programming languages such as C, C++, or Rust
• Experience designing SQL data models and implementing corresponding APIs (gRPC, REST)
• Experience building customer-facing web interfaces using React and Next.js
• High agency and the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
• Proven ability to work directly with customers to iteratively ship solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to HPC infrastructure and AI workloads
• Familiarity with Kubernetes fundamentals and experience writing operators
• Experience in project management
