Responsibilities

• Own the technical win through custom demos and POC execution
• Map customer workflows to showcase tailored solutions
• Run technical enablement sessions, workshops, and training
• Shape the product roadmap by acting as the link between customers and engineering
• Build the GTM foundation, including activation methodologies and implementation guides

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience designing, testing, and operating services at scale in cloud environments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both engineers and executives
• Builder mentality for defining technical GTM motions

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hardware, mechanical, or systems engineering role
• Experience in pre-sales or post-sales customer relationship management
• Industry experience in space, energy, robotics, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience with engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, PLM, MBSE, or legacy requirements tools
