Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise brands and retailers to discover, design, and deliver AI-powered commerce solutions
• Build MVPs that prove concepts to customers within 3–7 days
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier to ship production code faster
• Coordinate delivery across sales, account management, and engineering to ensure client value
• Work with founders and the FDE team to push the frontier of AI in commerce

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience, ex-founders strongly preferred
• Deep comfort with AI tools like Claude or Cursor in your workflow
• Strong structured thinking and ability to scope messy client problems
• B2B company background with experience navigating complex client relationships
• Ability to build in ambiguous environments
