Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand engineering workflows and technical pain points
• Assist in and lead technical evaluations and POCs of the Faros platform
• Build and configure custom integrations, dashboards, and data pipelines
• Work across the stack including APIs, data infrastructure, and visualization
• Identify patterns across customer engagements to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Proficiency using AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, or AI-powered tools
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a customer-oriented mindset
