About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and running POCs
- Build genuine relationships with end users and grow Extend within organizations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues regarding schemas, prompts, and processor configurations
- Give compelling product demos that translate technical concepts into value propositions
- Run and manage POCs from planning through execution
- Write the playbook for customer engagement and feedback incorporation
Requirements
- Ability to design and architect technical solutions
- Experience managing technical POCs
- Strong ability to answer deep technical questions regarding API architecture and security
- High agency and ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel onsite as needed
