Responsibilities

• Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge into scalable workflows
• Design, develop, and deploy custom configurations, integrations, and features
• Partner with product and engineering teams to test features and identify high-impact use cases
• Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos and educate users on product capabilities
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive successful adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments
• Strong user of AI tools
• Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable mindset
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in Defense acquisitions and program management
• Deep understanding of DoD procurement processes and FAR/DFARS regulations
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Experience working with government or defense sector clients
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like CMMC, ITAR, or NIST 800-171
