Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with engineers at acquired firms to identify high-leverage problems
• Own outcomes end-to-end including discovery, build, deployment, and live iteration
• Ship bespoke tools quickly and feed lessons back into the core platform
• Perform diverse technical tasks including legacy software integrations, web scraping, and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with the CTO on technical direction and engineering culture

Requirements

• Deep curiosity for workflows, organizations, and markets
• Strong communication skills to build trust with non-technical professionals
• Ability to distill conflicting user feedback into clear product requirements
• High agency and low ego mindset
• Willingness to travel for deployments
• Experience or interest in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, browser automation, or doc parsing
