Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities
• Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams
• Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that can evolve into core product functionality
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and drive successful deployments
• Build and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, identity providers, and SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Troubleshoot authentication and enterprise integration issues such as OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
• Own multiple customer projects simultaneously, coordinating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
• Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements
• Build internal tooling that accelerates onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications
• Proficiency in Python preferred
• Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation
• Experience working directly with enterprise and non-technical customers
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Product-minded and highly autonomous
