Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions and workflows within customer environments
• Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver solutions across the MLOps lifecycle
• Advise data science teams on platform best practices
• Lead and advise on key accounts as a trusted technical advisor
• Author reusable playbooks, integration templates, and deployment guides
• Translate field intelligence into critical product feedback for SRE and Product teams

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with SQL, R, and Bash
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and Docker
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record delivering machine learning workflows, model deployment, and GPU workloads
• Experience operating within highly regulated or constrained environments
• Strong consultative and communication skills for technical and business audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI or agent frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot networking, compute, and platform issues in complex environments
