Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations, automations, and customizations to connect DevRev with customers' tech stacks and workflows
• Utilize AI and Generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering for LLMs, to deliver agentic solutions
• Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards to drive insights and decision-making
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue teams
• Guide customers through critical workflows and learn new tools to support successful engagements

Requirements

• Software engineering degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
• Hands-on coding experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as GPT-4, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Knowledge of vector databases and data embeddings
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Result-oriented work style with a learning mindset and high energy
