Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations to connect DevRev with customer tech stacks
• Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tune semantic search engines to enhance AI performance
• Write SQL queries and build dashboards to surface data insights
• Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and conduct live technical demos
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams
• Travel up to 30% for on-site implementations and technical workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling
• Deep experience with REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with serverless platforms like AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions
• Skilled in data mapping, schema alignment, and graph data structures
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, and observability practices
