Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. Our platform enables companies like Databricks, Figma, and Cursor to delegate entire categories of work to AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical success of enterprise deployments from evaluation through implementation and launch
• Understand customer environments including systems, integrations, identity architecture, and security requirements
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to turn customer goals into technical implementation plans
• Build and configure AI-powered workflows across IT, HR, finance, and operations
• Debug ambiguous customer issues across product, integration, infrastructure, and configuration layers
• Ship fixes, product changes, scripts, or technical workarounds to unblock strategic customers
• Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding scalability and technical tradeoffs
• Bring field learnings, edge cases, and deployment patterns back to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing code, shipping production systems, and working directly with customers
• Deep technical comfort with systems, integrations, APIs, identity, networking, and infrastructure
• AI-native mindset with strong instincts for AI product behavior and workflows
• Ability to move fluidly between customer conversations and hands-on implementation
• Strong customer judgment and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to executives
• High agency and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
