About the Company

Clarion solves healthcare capacity issues using AI agents that handle the patient journey from end-to-end, including scheduling, referrals, and prescription refills. Backed by Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia, we are an in-person team based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production code, including integrations and AI agent configurations
• Own technical implementations end-to-end from scoping to go-live
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer technical teams
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance and reliability in production
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent tuning or LLM behavior diagnosis
• Ability to architect scalable systems from complex customer workflows
• Strong product intuition and ability to synthesize field observations
