Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to translate critical business requirements into technical solutions
• Engage with customer executives to architect software that addresses pressing banking challenges
• Drive high-stakes projects with CTO-level ownership, writing production-quality code
• Architect and build end-to-end systems integrating AI models, backend APIs, and web applications
• Own complete technical solutions from initial design through production deployment
• Drive engineering best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 1-6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Skillset at the intersection of software development, business strategy, and customer engagement
• Proficiency with modern programming languages and AI frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, LangChain, or Vercel AI-SDK)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving initiatives from concept to execution
• Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
