Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to identify high-leverage problems and ship solutions directly in their environment
• Build full-stack solutions using React, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Define ambiguous problems and deliver scalable systems designed for high usage
• Bridge the gap between product and customers by converting field solutions into platform capabilities
• Manage the full development lifecycle including discovery, system design, data modeling, infrastructure, and deployment
• Ensure system reliability using AWS or GCP through deployment, monitoring, and debugging
• Prototype with real users to validate impact and scale successful solutions

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills from frontend to infrastructure
• Proficiency with React, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Strong system design, performance, and architecture skills
• Ability to work in a high-autonomy, startup environment
• Comfortable with customer-facing work and managing parallel priorities
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software under pressure
