Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Company

At Bliro, we are creating the only AI Assistant enterprise revenue teams need. We build, customize, and deploy AI agents that automate manual work inside revenue teams, including customer visit preparation, post-processing agents, sales coaching, and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure integrations with systems like SAP Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools
• Work with APIs, data flows, and automation logic
• Write Python scripts, complex AI prompts, and implement custom solutions
• Translate business workflows into agent logic and prompt configurations
• Identify recurring enterprise needs and translate them into scalable product features
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales during enterprise onboardings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of technical experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Solid Python skills
• Proficiency in English (C2) and German (C1+)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Interest in AI prompting and agent systems
• Experience with CRM/ERP data ingestion
