Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customers
• Architect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needs
• Collaborate with customers directly to scope problems and ship solutions
• Develop performant agentic systems that operate over large corpora of unstructured data
• Work across the stack including backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructure
• Feed product insights back to the core team based on field learnings

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and CS knowledge
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Next.js experience preferred
• Ability to handle ambiguity and context-switch across multiple engagements
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated grit and previous startup or high-intensity experience
