Responsibilities

• Deploy into highest-value customers to architect and deploy best-in-class GTM stacks
• Design best-practice Attio configurations tailored to specific business models and GTM motions
• Lead and execute time-boxed build projects including data models, integrations, and workflows
• Build and architect custom API integrations and no-code automations using tools like Zapier, N8n, or Make
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to jointly manage shared accounts
• Bring customer insights back to the Product team to influence the product roadmap
• Design engagement models to deliver world-class outcomes at scale

Requirements

• 2+ years as a developer, GTM engineer, or in a technical solutions role
• Deep hands-on experience with GTM tooling and understanding of sales, CS, and marketing operations
• Technical depth to architect API integrations during customer meetings
• Hands-on experience building with AI coding platforms like Claude Code or Cursor
• Proficiency in JavaScript and creating reusable internal tooling
• Strong command of no-code/low-code integration stacks (N8n, Zapier, Make)
• Comfort with data infrastructure concepts including ETL, reverse ETL, and CDPs (Segment, Rudderstack, Polytomic)
