Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to identify challenges in shipping reliable software
• Help customers integrate the Antithesis platform into their systems, CI, and review processes
• Chase down and debug complex bugs found by the platform
• Propose and prototype product improvements based on customer feedback
• Work with platform engineers to build sharper bug-finding tools and agent skills
• Validate new features with customers to ensure they solve real-world problems

Requirements

• Experience building or operating serious systems software where correctness is critical
• Understanding of how systems fail under concurrency, faults, and load
• Experience working directly with customers in an engineering capacity
• Ability to read, instrument, and debug unfamiliar codebases
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in London and travel occasionally to customer offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fuzzing, property-based testing, or chaos engineering
• Experience building fintech, databases, blockchain, event streaming, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience building internal tools for engineers
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
