Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across complex customer deployments from prototype to production
• Design and build full-stack systems, integrations, and deployment workflows
• Write and review production-grade code using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React
• Configure and operationalize AI agents, retrieval workflows, and data pipelines
• Partner with customer engineering and domain teams to translate workflows into AI-powered systems
• Translate field learnings into reusable tools, playbooks, and technical building blocks
• Support deployments in regulated environments with complex security constraints

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering, technical deployment, or solutions architecture experience
• Strong full-stack engineering experience shipping production web applications
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React
• Experience scoping and delivering complex technical systems in ambiguous environments
• Experience working directly with customers to validate assumptions and deliver solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, system architecture, and cloud/on-prem environments
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, generative AI, or machine learning
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI, LLM, knowledge graph, or agentic workflow systems in production
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance
• Experience creating reusable deployment patterns or technical playbooks
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
