Responsibilities

• Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier companies to educate them on agentic workflows
• Partner with the sales organization to navigate enterprise buying processes and drive pilots to closed-won deals
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to ensure AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion
• Help design the go-to-market motion and define educational frameworks for new customers
• Feed critical market insights back to product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to guide prospects through evaluations
• Proven experience working closely with creative teams and designers
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build new functions from the ground up
• Eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and agentic marketing tools
