Responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform, translating AI capabilities into real impact across core banking workflows
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM motion and improve the product
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with prospective customers to establish credibility
• Design and run proof-of-value exercises mapping Rogo's capabilities to specific bank coverage groups and workflows
• Develop best-in-class demo environments, banking use cases, and enablement materials
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights for product direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment bank
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, and due diligence
• Executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior bankers and MDs
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to connect business problems to technical solutions
• Structured, outcome-oriented approach to scoping evaluations and building business cases
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on investment banking
• Bachelor's degree or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading live deal execution alongside senior bankers
• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI in customer-facing roles
