Forward Deployed Banker (AI Strategist)

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise with leading LLMs and become a subject matter expert in Hebbia’s product
• Build intimate understanding of complex banking, financial, and legal workflows
• Act as a trusted AI advisor to customer stakeholders to drive value and growth
• Identify and capture value to support land-and-expand commercial strategies
• Define and enhance internal processes to improve customer experience and scale
• Operate autonomously in fast-moving, unstructured environments to solve complex problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law
• 1-5 years of client-facing experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or corporate finance
• Demonstrated track record of ownership and value creation
• Experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years of client-facing experience with an emphasis on relationship-building
• Strong commercial acumen in driving revenue expansion via AI/SaaS in enterprise organizations
• Technical startup or founder experience
• Practical experience implementing LLMs into professional workflows
