Responsibilities

• Own GenAI strategy and implementation for high-impact operational workflows
• Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production
• Solve real-world problems across aviation, logistics, fulfillment, maintenance, and customer operations
• Partner with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches
• Bring field learnings back into Zipline’s broader AI tooling and platforms

Requirements

• Past experience building and shipping GenAI solutions
• Experience building with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools
• Strong foundation in machine learning basics (evaluation, training concepts, problem decomposition)
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++
• Ability to decompose messy business problems into reliable technical workflows
• Ability and interest in traveling to Zipline sites up to 50% of the time

Requirements

• Engineering mindset focused on production AI systems rather than academic benchmarks
• Strong coding skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates
