Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration strategy of Variance to enterprise customers
• Partner with customers to understand needs and set strategy with Variance
• Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation for billion-scale events
• Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for users

Requirements

• Past experience working with LLM solutions and deep understanding of GenAI
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity
