Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered features that improve clinical decision-making and operational efficiency
• Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production-grade code and deployment
• Work directly with clinicians and customers to translate real-world problems into working software
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define implementation approaches with a bias toward shipping
• Create and maintain feature evaluations to monitor product performance and quality
• Conduct user research and use data-driven insights to prioritize technical development
• Connect engineering efforts to strategic business outcomes like user retention and revenue growth

Requirements

• Strong engineering ability with experience writing and maintaining production-level code
• Proven experience in applied AI prototyping and implementing emerging technologies
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex features in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in driving measurable business impact
• User-focused mindset with experience in qualitative and quantitative user research
• Ability to commute to our London office 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
