Forward Deployed Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship multi-modal AI agents that drive business impact for essential service companies
• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy products
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from design and implementation to rollout and iteration
• Build reliable, scalable systems that support thousands of concurrent interactions
• Run rapid experiments evaluating text/voice models, fine-tuning, and A/B testing
• Surface patterns across customers to inform product and engineering roadmaps

Requirements

• 2+ years of production experience building systems with Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node, React)
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, TTS, speech APIs, fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG
• Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems across cloud infrastructure
• Ability to meet SLAs and optimize systems for speed and reliability at scale
• Comfort engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions
