Forward Deployed Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to deeply understand their operations and deliver AI solutions
• Build and maintain infrastructure for conversational AI, APIs, integrations, monitoring, and feedback loops
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deployments
• Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back into the core product roadmap
• Operate with high autonomy in high-stakes, ambiguous environments

Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, preferably backend or systems experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in person in NYC full time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with vector databases, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
