About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formulation trials including writing protocols and reports
  • Perform formulation and process development trials for dry, liquid, and paste forms
  • Execute industrial scale-up trials
  • Coordinate development trials with production teams regarding organization and planning
  • Input, interpret, and analyze results to propose formula and process improvements
  • Participate in drafting technical instructions and procedures
  • Assist in the qualification and validation of laboratory systems
  • Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP (BPF)
  • Use statistical data processing software such as Minitab
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene rules specific to the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements

  • BAC +2 or +3 degree (BTS, DUT in Formulation, Chemistry, Physical Measurements, or DEUST Industrial Pharmacy)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in laboratory galenic techniques
  • Technical English proficiency
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a laboratory environment
