Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. We've raised over $14M in funding and are growing 30% MoM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve high-impact problems across product, operations, growth, partnerships, recruiting, or content
• Take full ownership of critical initiatives from day one
• Turn chaotic environments into repeatable, scalable processes
• Manage a large volume of parallel priorities with high attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience as a former founder who has built something from nothing
• Ability to operate with limited resources and make decisions without perfect information
• AI-native mindset with experience using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• High level of ambition and comfort with high-velocity environments
• Systems thinking approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work onsite in New York City 5 days a week
