Responsibilities

• Train apprentices and employees on turning technology
• Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices
• Participate in the development of training programs and update course materials
• Regularly monitor and evaluate acquired knowledge and skills
• Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skills

Requirements

• CFC in mechanics (4 years)
• Confirmed experience in setup, adjustment, and tool changes on Tornos and Citizen turning technologies
• Experience in training apprentices
• Proficiency in programming; knowledge of cutting and rolling is an asset
• Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to the younger generation
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships based on trust
