Forklift Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse and production areas
• Ensure products are stored correctly, maintaining proper inventory levels and organization
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs or concerns
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments
• Assist in inventory control by tracking stock levels and helping with periodic counts
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with operational standards

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts
