Forklift PIV Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and PIV equipment to load and unload parts or materials from trucks
• Complete daily safety check sheets on forklifts to ensure equipment readiness
• Scan all parts in and out of stock locations to maintain inventory accuracy
• Stock assembly lines and associated departments with the correct amount of parts
• Maintain neat and organized stock areas and follow all applicable ISO standards
• Abide by all company safety policies and use proper radio etiquette
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid lift truck operator's license or the ability to successfully complete training
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Knowledge of the AS400 system or a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Thursday night, 10pm–6am) and overtime as needed
