Forklift Operator/Loader I

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from loading zones by hand or forklift
• Operate heavy equipment for moving agricultural products
• Assist customers with loading items
• Assist shipping and receiving by checking merchandise and matching purchase orders
• Move materials from receiving or storage to shipping or designated areas
• Rotate, sort, and place inventory on racks, shelves, or bins
• Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets or shelves
• Maintain clean and accessible storefronts, displays, and workspaces
• Uphold a safe culture and work environment

Requirements

• Forklift operations experience
• Ability to work in a safety-aware environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior landscaping experience
• Prior sod or turfgrass experience
