Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to receive, ship, transfer, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished products
• Verify lot numbers, quantities, labels, and codes; complete inventory and shipping documentation
• Load and unload inbound and outbound materials, including pallets for production and shipment
• Replenish packaging and raw materials to production areas to support continuous operations
• Perform equipment safety checks and maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work area
• Follow food safety, quality, OSHA, HACCP, and 5S standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of forklift experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud production environment
• Willingness to wear required PPE and work around dust, chemicals, and allergens
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work safely on 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience operating high lifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
