Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift maintenance and pre-shift inspection reports
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move products onto pallets and transport them to designated areas
• Scan products and record material information using RF scanning systems
• Secure products using stretch wrap and apply correct labels
• Perform inventory counts and product audits as needed
• Recharge, maintain, and clean forklift batteries using appropriate PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read and speak English
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment basic math assessment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
