Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment including dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts
• Load and transport products efficiently within the shipping environment
• Complete orders by processing pick tickets, performing full pallet picking, and shuttling pallets
• Use management software systems and label printers to manage assignments and material needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or operate a stand-up forklift for an entire shift
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
